Prior experience as trainer for leadership development programs,with min experience of 5 years of being a trainer in corporate, conducting professional skill training related to human behavior and communication
Or stress reduction programs with indepth knowledge on communcation styles to manage interpersonal behavioural conflict management
Mandatory RBT (Registered Behavioural Technician) or preferred BCBA certified
Should have trained individuals or groups, on topics such as anxiety management, organization, audience analysis, research, citations, nonverbal delivery and visual aids, among others.
Ability to develop content & training material as per the business model.
Should have executive presence and strong influencing skills.
